Flag mistranslations and unnatural or awkward phrasing in Russian content. Suggest improvements to align translations with natural usage in Russia. Provide structured feedback on tone, regional phrasing, and linguistic quality. Maintain high reading speed and attention to detail while working independently and asynchronously. Qualifications Must-Have Native or near-native fluency in both Russian and English. Strong familiarity with Russian language usage in Russia. 1 year of experience in translation, editing, or language quality assurance.
